At Lush Blash, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return request is made within 3 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged)

  • Gift cards or free promotional items

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Send clear pictures of the product and packaging

  3. Share your order number

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product
    OR

  • Full refund (depending on availability)

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake was from our side).

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled

6. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Important Note for Skincare Products

Skin reactions may vary from person to person. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
