Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Lush Blash, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience. Please read our COD policy carefully before placing an order.
1. COD Availability

COD service is available nationwide within Pakistan.

COD may not be available in certain remote areas (subject to courier service coverage).
2. Order Confirmation
To prevent fake or fraudulent orders:

All COD orders require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Orders not confirmed by the customer may be automatically canceled.
3. Payment at Delivery

Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.

Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to avoid inconvenience.

Couriers are not authorized to open parcels before payment.
4. Refused Orders
If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without a valid reason:

The customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

Lush Blash reserves the right to blacklist accounts with repeated refused deliveries.
5. Address & Contact Accuracy
Customers must provide:

Correct shipping address

Active contact number
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
6. Order Cancellation (COD)

COD orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
7. Damaged Parcel
If the parcel appears damaged:

Record a video while opening the parcel.

Contact us within 24–48 hours at:
Without an unboxing video, claims for missing or damaged items may not be accepted.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Lush Blash reserves the right to refuse COD service to customers with a history of:

Fake orders

Parcel rejections
-
Misuse of COD service
