At Lush Blash, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy shopping environment. This Anti-Fraud Policy is designed to prevent fraudulent activities and protect our business and genuine customers.

1. Fraudulent Activities Include

The following actions are considered fraud or misuse of our services:

  • Placing fake or prank orders

  • Refusing confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without valid reason

  • Providing false name, address, or contact details

  • Filing false damage or missing item claims

  • Misusing refund or replacement requests

  • Attempting chargebacks after successful delivery

2. Order Verification Process

To prevent fraud:

  • All COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation.

  • High-value orders may require advance partial payment.

  • Suspicious orders may be delayed, canceled, or rejected.

We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any order.

3. Blacklisting Policy

Customers may be permanently blocked from placing orders if they:

  • Repeatedly refuse COD deliveries

  • Provide fake information

  • Attempt to scam or threaten staff

  • Abuse return or refund policies

Blacklisted customers will not be eligible for COD service in the future.

4. False Claims Policy

For claims related to:

  • Damaged products

  • Missing items

  • Wrong products

Customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (from sealed parcel to product reveal)

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging

Claims without proper proof may be rejected.

5. Legal Action

Lush Blash reserves the right to:

  • Report fraudulent activities to courier companies

  • Share fraud-related information with payment processors

  • Take legal action where necessary

Fraudulent activity may result in permanent restriction and legal consequences under applicable Pakistani laws.

6. Data Monitoring & Security

We actively monitor:

  • Order patterns

  • IP addresses

  • Repeated failed deliveries

  • Suspicious behavior

Any unusual activity may result in order cancellation without prior notice.

7. Zero Tolerance Policy

Lush Blash follows a zero tolerance policy against fraud, abuse, and misconduct.

Our goal is to protect genuine customers and maintain fair pricing for everyone.
